She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugine Channell and Helen McClenahan Channell; her husband John W. Crouse Sr.; her son John W. Crouse Jr.; her grandson Joshua Crouse; and her brothers, Dennis Channell and Michael Channell.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Crouse (Kellie) of Poyen and Lori A. Barton (Neal) of Vilonia; her siblings, David Channell of Tulsa, OK., Penny Ashley (Rick) of Prattsville and Geanie Channell (Kurt) of Little Rock; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Keighla, Krystyna, Kelsey, Aly, Kacey, Tyler, Michael and Tony. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
