He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edwards and Reatha Doris Roland Edwards; and his brother Jerry Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Glynda Dale Price Edwards; his children, Matthew Roland Edwards of Poyen, Elaine Bray (Kenneth) of Poyen and Melissa "Missy" Dobbs of Hot Springs; and his siblings, Charles Winvell Edwards (Bonnie) of Woodville, TX., Allen Dale Edwards (Lynn) of Baytown, TX. and Carol Ann Young of Poyen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
