He is survived by: his wife Mary Whitaker; his children, Paul Whitaker (Amanda) of Smithville and Michelle Clemons of Higden; his brother Robert Whitaker of Conway; his grandsons, Billy Ray Clemons of Higden and Brad Clemons of Higden; and his great grandchildren, Brad Allen Clemons Jr. and Bella Clemons. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
