She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Alvey and Jo Ella Alvey. She is survived by: her husband C. H. Puckett; her daughters, Latisha Puckett and Amy (Dallas Lee); her grandchildren, Kadence, Kallen, Marshall, Vivien and Winston; her siblings, James, Sally Alvey, Steve, Denise Alvey, Mike and Gaylynn Alvey; and her sister-in-law Della Ledbetter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, friends, and coworkers.
