He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ira and Ruby Ellen Shinn (Cothren). He is survived by: his wife Jearldean Shinn; his children, Tracy Ryals (Brian) of Atkins, Steve Shinn (Angela) and Bill Shinn (Connie) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Leah Jacobs (Joshua), James Ryals (Rhonda), Kyle Shinn (Talor), Krysten Reed (Ken), Kyndall Shinn (Jordan), Heather Wren (Jeremy), Alisha Frye (Chris), Matthew Shinn, Leslie Holland and Amanda Watkins (Jeremy); his siblings, Judy Kamerling and Jimmy Shinn; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Roberts and Sylvia Carey (Fred). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
