She is survived by: her children, Patrick Lewis (Micca) and Barbara (Jimmy Teeter); her grandchildren, Matthew Lewis (Brooke), Mitchell Lewis (Katie), James Steven Teeter and Amy Lynn Teeter; her great grandchildren, Madison Lewis, Meredith Lewis, Waylon Lewis, Brady Lewis and Sage Teeter; and her sister Hazel King. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
