He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ian Glasgow and Betty Evans Glasgow of Bluffton; and his brother James E. Glasgow of Pennsylvania. He is survived by: his wife Beatrix Glasgow (Trixi); his children, Mollie Kroger (David) and Ian Glasgow (Sheila); his grandchildren, Katie White, Jacob Mills (Stephanny), Braten Glasgow, Jessie Mills, Zach and Travis Huggins; his great grandchildren, Chandler, Sophie, Zoey White, Mateo, Ellie Mills and Aliyah Lopez; and his sister Sherry Kuntz (Larry). He is also survived by Many nieces and, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lemley Funeral Service (1401 N Church St, Atkins, AR 72823).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital in honor of Edward Scott Glasgow.

“Dear Trixi and family, I am so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. His family belonged to the Presbyterian Church in Bluffton as did I and my family. Scott and I were involved in the activities of the church growing up. I have so many fond memories of Scott. I remember his very gentle soul and quiet nature. I have shared the obituary with Lancaster classmates. We were so lucky to have known him as a friend and classmate.”
