He was predeceased by: his mother Olive Caskey Frazer; and his siblings, Kenneth Dale Frazer, Gloria Ann Hill (John) and Jerryl Lynn Corder (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Novilla Morgan Frazer of Portland; his sons, Thomas M. Frazer (Phyllis) of Portland and John E. Frazer (Lisa) of Branson, Missouri; his siblings, Kevin Frazer (Beverly) of Dermott and Judy Orton (James) of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Allyson Carter (David), Adrianna Pennington, Eric Frazer (Stephanie), Caitlin Frazer McDonough (Tim), Alex Frazer and Brady Frazer; and his cousin Gary Morgan of Portland. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
