We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2019, at the age of 52, Steven Jay Lucas Jr. (Portland, Arkansas), born in Wabash, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lucas Carpenter Hill and Steven Jay Lucas, Sr.; and his grandmothers, Katie Lucas and Lillie Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Katie Capille of Portland; and his siblings, Kirk Douglas Carpenter (Holly) of Portland, Brenda Rutledge (George) of Portland and Michelle Dowd (David) of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
