She was predeceased by: her husband William Blalark, Sr.; her parents, Charlie Johnson and Evelyn DeBose Johnson; and her siblings, Jack Johnson, Finale Johnson, Addie Hawthorn and Cora Anderson.
She is survived by: her son James (LaTonya Culbreath, Jr.) of St. Charles, MO; her stepson William Blalark, Jr. of Long Beach, CA; her granddaughter Kaylie MacKenzie Culbreath of St. Charles, MO; and her siblings, Sarah Lee of Tyler, TX, Helen Smith of Tyler, TX, Edna (Robert Mullen) of Bastrop, LA, Bessie Johnson of Bastrop, LA, Jeanette Harrison of San Bernardino, CA, Gloria (Alphonso Olive) of Moreno Valley, CA, James (Lenda Johnson) of Detroit, MI, Charley Johnson, Jr. of Dallas, TX and Robert (Beatrice Johnson) of Shreveport, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
