It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Carroll Chandler of Portland, Arkansas, born in Livermore, California, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Chandler and John Wesley Chandler; and his stepfather Bud Martin. He is survived by: his wife Rita Chandler; his daughter Debra Chandler; his grandson Chandler Thompson (Laura); and his great grandchild John Chandler Thompson.
