He is survived by: his wife Jessie Mae Harvey; his children, Marvin Harvey of Chicago, IL, Alfred Kelly of Chicago, IL, Greg Kelly of Chicago, IL, Bruce of McGehee, AR, Jozette Harvey-Williams (Fredrick) of Chicago, IL, Elsie Mae Kelly of Chicago, IL and Patrice Matheney of Portland, AR; and his siblings, Andrew Harvey of Chicago, IL, Lee Wayne Harvey (Fran) of Chicago, IL, Otis Harvey III (Barbara) of Chicago, IL, Jeanie Harvey of Chicago, IL, Nancy Harvey of Chicago, IL, Hazel Harvey of Chicago, IL, Rosie Harvey of Chicago, IL, Ella Mae Burrell (Carl) of Chicago, IL and JoAnn Harvey of Crossett, AR. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
