With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denver L. Burns of Portland, Arkansas, born in Hector, Arkansas, who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bettye Ruth Turner Burns; his sons, Ronnie Burns and Michael Burns; his grandson Caleb Michael Spaulding; his parents, R. Q. Burns and Idell Collins Burns; and his brothers, Robert "Booster" Burns and James N. Burns.
He is survived by: his children, James Burns (Billie Jean) and Patricia Spaulding (Robert) of Portland; his grandchildren, Ashley Zebley (Matt) of Norwood and Taylor Spaulding (Amber) of Portland; and his great grandchildren, Ellison, Hadley, Emry, Layla and William.
