She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lloyd "Cotton" Foster and Lilly Fredrika "Freddie" Foster of Black Rock, Arkansas.; and her brother Leslie Wayne Foster. She is survived by: her sons, David Eugene Betts (Lisa) of Cave Creek, Jeffrey Brian Betts (Yvette) of Elkins, Charles Lloyd Betts (Wanda) and Russel Lee Betts (Trisha) of Benton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Miranda, Chris, Ashlee, Blair, Jessie, Jordan, Parker and Adam; and her brother Bryan Robert "Bob" Foster of Oxnard, California. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
