He is survived by: his mother Beverly Couch (Duncan) of Portia; his wife Amy Couch; his children, Blake Couch of Jonesboro and Megan Carey of Black Rock; his sisters, Shelia Hillhouse (Donnie) of Portia and Lisa Thompson of Portia; his grandchildren, Remington Carey and Meredith Jo Helms; his nephews, Kevin Hillhouse and Mitchell Thompson; his niece Stephanie Hillhouse; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carley Franks, Addison Croom, Reese Hillhouse, Shaye Thompson, Anthony Whitney, Mackenzie Thompson, Everleigh Thompson and Cooper Thompson. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
