She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe Counts; her son Rick Counts; her parents, John Sandford Williams and Mamie Rhodes Williams Punch; and her stepfather Charlie Punch.
She is survived by: her children, Lin Hatch (Steve) of Pocahontas and Jim Counts of Pangburn; her grandchildren, Heath Boothby of Conway, Shaun Hatch (Rachel) of Bella Vista, Leigh Eberle (Jeff) of Nashville, TN, Jay Counts (Ivy) of Conway and Cory Miller (Alicia) of Marlow, OK; and her great grandchildren, Michaela Boothby, Dakota Hatch, Brady Hatch, Hayli Miller, Oran Miller (MiKayla), Max Eberle, Caroline Eberle, Avery Counts and Jack Counts. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
