We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2024, at the age of 79, Virginia Adams (Pocahontas, Arkansas), born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Virginia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Virginia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Ellis and Lillia Mae Gwinup Ellis; her husband Homer Franklin Adams; her daughter Rachel Marie Ellington; and her siblings, Margaret Middleton and Charles Ellis.
She is survived by: her son James Adams (Norma) of Pocahontas; her grandson Dalton Adams (Mel Lavergne) of Pocahontas; and her siblings-in-law, Erma Burr (Barry) of North Carolina, Berna Guntharp of Pocahontas, Dorothy McReynolds (Mackie) of Dalton and Clifford Adams of Ravenden Springs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
