He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvia Barnett and Nelda Hightower Barnett; his wife Preceding; and his brothers, Eldon Barnett and Michael Barnett.
He is survived by: his former wife Sherry Linebaugh; his children, Timothy Allen Barnett, Jr. (Shannon) of Pocahontas and Candice Barnett (Diamond Liberty) of Pocahontas; his siblings, Ronald Barnett of Maynard, Mary Thomas of Pocahontas, Connie Berry of Pocahontas, Lisa Vankirk of Pocahontas and Melissa Barnett of Pocahontas; and his grandchildren, Delilah, Willow, Emory, Harper, Vivienne and Conall.
