He was predeceased by: his parents, Tim Cardwell and Wilma Doyle-Cardwell; and his siblings, Tina Johnson and Anthony "Tony" Higdon. He is survived by: his children, Shauna Phillips of Heber Springs, AR, Shania Goff of Orange Beach, AL and Brandon Cardwell of Attica, AR.; his grandchildren, Draiven Phillips, Zaiden Phillips, Mason Goff and A'Zaria Goff; and his siblings, Mike Tidwell, Wayne Higdon (Carol), Letha Henley, Becky Hash, Patricia Bangerter (Bob) and Brenda Kemp (Randy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
