He was predeceased by: his parents, Othie Blevins and Pearl Miller Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Delphine Blevins; his children, Randi Borum of Pocahontas and Timothy Borum of Trenton, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Frank McCurry of Pocahontas and Anneliese Crow of Pocahontas. He is also survived by four sisters and one brother.
