She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Starling and Lucille Sullivan; and her husband Billy "Frog" Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Cody Cook (Kimmy), Brett Cook (Ashley) and Kevin Johnson (Heather); her grandchildren, Caleb Cook, Xavier, Trystan, Maliah Fischer, Dallas Davis and Stormy Noles; her aunt Theda Crays; and her close friends, Sandy Tyler and Wanda Johnson.
