He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Mahan and Thelma Mahan; and his siblings, Darrell Mahan, Michael Mahan, Carl Mahan and Barbara Butcher.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Mahan; his children, Heather Hart (Gene), Heath Mahan (Priscilla) of Dalton and Hesston Mahan (Amanda) of Dalton; his grandchildren, Madelyn Hart, Mason Hart, Adrienne Mahan, Easton Mahan, Ollie Mahan, Kaydan Mahan, Koby Mahan and Jaxon Mahan; his sister Donna Brown; his sister-in-law Kay Mahan of Dalton; and his cousin Robert Jackson of Piggot, AR.
