In the vast expanse of eternity, Randy Eugene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Randy Eugene farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eugene "Gene" Meeks and Shirley Louise Barnes Meeks (Speck); his daughter Patricia Franks; and his sister Debbie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Netta Meeks; his children, Diane Gates and Shawn Meeks (Tasha); and his siblings, Richard Meeks (Beth), Greg Meeks (Barbara) and Gina Woods (Darrell). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
