He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Davis (Jean Pratt Davis Billips) and Randy; his siblings, Rick Davis, Steven Billips, Karen Louise Billips and Robin Fike; and his niece Megan Billips Holt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Davis of Pocahontas, Ray Davis of Doniphan, MO, Arvin Billips of Charlotte and Crystal Young (Billy) of Jonesboro; and his brother-in-law Kerry Fike of Monroe, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
