He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewrell Flanigan and Vera Hibbard Flanigan; and his brother Calvin Flanigan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Fay Coffman Flanigan; his children, Tanya Smith (Chris) of Kingman, AZ., Joseph Flanigan of Kingman, AZ., Victoria Tarver of Pocahontas, Kyle Goleman of Pocahontas and Verrandah Flanigan of Pocahontas; and his siblings, Thomas Flanigan (Doris), Roberta Warner (John), Ronnie Flanigan, Margaret Snow and Paul Flanigan (Iris). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
