He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Williams and Virginia Williams; and his brothers, Coy Williams and Ricky Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Williams Cagle of Waverly, Tennessee; and his stepdaughters, Felica Williams of Little Rock and Mary Rawls of Pocahontas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
