He is survived by: his parents, Billy Ralph Wade of Ravenden and Janice Steele Shirley of Pocahontas; his children, Brandon Michael Wade of Mountain Home, Mackenzie Cheyenne Wade of Tulsa, OK and Elizabeth Nicole Wade of Dennison, TX; his former wife Angela Wade of Mountain Home; and his brother Billy Dewayne Wade of Pocahontas. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
