He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carl "J. C." and Geneva Collins Smith; and his sister Luann Murray. He is survived by: his sons, Lee Smith (Rebecca) of Pocahontas and Jeremy Smith of Pocahontas; his grandchildren, Nick, Trent, Alec, Brynn, Jaxon, Nevaeh and Zaiden Smith; and his siblings, Michael Smith (Cynthia) of Clinton, Phyllis Jackson of Pocahontas, Gary Smith (Judy) of Hughes, Johnny Smith (Margaret) of Hughes and Ronald Smith (Dewanna) of Pocahontas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
