He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William James, Pearle Irene Branch Smith, Alfred Lee and Juanita Shipley Head. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Ray and Jenetta Faye Head Smith of Pocahontas; his siblings, Jerry Ray Smith (Jodi) of Rolla, Missouri, Susan Rowe (Mitch) of Pocahontas and Sonia Meridith (Wayne) of Pocahontas; and his pets, Tater, Ranger and Tot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
