He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel and Novella Mae Chastain Fluke; and his sister Mary "Sue" Fluke Grissom. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca A Boucher (Donald) of Pocahontas and John Samuel Fluke III (Phyllis) of Maynard; his grandchildren, Breanna and Bayleigh Fluke of Maynard; his brother Frankie Chastain of Pocahontas; and his cousin Sonya Baker (Ada Shocklee) of Michigan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
