He is survived by: his children, Joe Shelby, Jr. (Kimberly) and Missie Winford (Jackie) of Lake City; his grandchild Chris Winford; his children, Lilly, Bonelli, Sara Nicole and Cole Winford (Tara); his grandchildren, River and Drake of Lake City; his child Abra Cantrell; his grandchild Zane; his stepgrandchildren, Alysha Tarkington (Sebastian), Tucker McKay (Kendra) and Jenna McKay (Luke Martinez); his siblings, Charles Shelby of Texas, Eugene Shelby of Shelby Hill, Richard Shelby (Linda) of Shelby Hill, David Shelby of Shelby Hill, Jim Shelby (Brenda) of Shelby Hill, Phillip Ray Shelby (Beck) of Paragould and Judy Stevens (Danny) of Ash Flat; and also, Natalie and Ella.
