He is survived by: his parents, Harold Chadwick and Selma Leach Chadwick of Bono; his brother David Chadwick (Emily) of Bono; his nieces and nephews, Gillian Chadwick, Cassidy Chadwick, Raven Chadwick, Hailie Chadwick and Christopher Chadwick; his aunts, Linda Canamore of Jonesboro, Mary Jo Pierce (Dewayne) of Jonesboro and Betty Sue Carter (Bill) of Jonesboro; and his uncle Scott Leach (Sandy) of Brookland.
