She was predeceased by: her parents, Hannas Lehman and Lois Irene Pond; her husband Coleman "Arkie" Pierce; her son Lanny Pierce; her sisters, Vada Duff, Margaret Jones, Charlene White and Saundra Haley; and her great great grandchild Maizy Grass.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Schonborg (David) of Fort Walton Beach, FL and James L. Pierce of Machesney Park, IL; her daughter-in-law Barbara Grimsby of Pocahontas; her grandchildren, Matthew Pierce of Machesney Park, IL, Nicole Robinson (Timothy) of Kyle, TX, Troy Pierce (Kimberlee) of Austin, TX, Travis Pierce (Emily) of Boulder, CO and Tasha Grass of Machesney Park, IL; her great grandchildren, Carter Pierce of Machesney Park, IL, Alyssa Pierce of Orlando, FL, Alexa Dunn of West Virginia, Katie Robinson of Kyle, TX, Ana Robinson of Kyle, TX, Seth Grass of Machesney Park, IL and Lena Palumbo of Machesney Park, IL; her great great grandchildren, Elijah and Judah Dunn of West Virginia; and her sister Robbie Simington (Tom) of St. Charles, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McNabb Funeral Home (2129 N Park St, Pocahontas, AR 72455). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ingram Cemetery (1868 Hwy 166 N, Maynard, AR 72444).
