He is survived by: his children, Genee Carter of Pocahontas, Leah Carter Privett (Jeremy) of Pocahontas and Ali Carter Brooks (Aaron) of Pocahontas; his grandsons, Tristan Privett, Carter Privett, Jackson Privett, Nate Privett, Ace Brooks and Aiken Brooks; his brothers, Gary "Monk" Carter (Phyllis) of St. Louis and Larry Carter (Pat) of Pocahontas; his father-in-law Jack; his friends, Shannon Eveland, Freddie Jo Walton, Jonathon "Toby" Rodgers, Kenneth, White, Tyler Smith and Donald "Duck" Keeling; and his siblings, Juanita Carter Bruins, Barbara Carter Sullivan, Sue Carter Rickey, James Carter, Ronnie Carter and Jeff Carter.
To follow the directives of Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, masks covering the mouth and nose are required for all persons in Arkansas for all indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to non-household members where social distancing cannot be assured. Those attending will also be asked to sign a contact registry and maintain a social distance.
