He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Foulks and Novella Fluke; his wife Bobbie Chastain; and his siblings, Whitey Foulks, Mary Grissom, John Fluke, Edd Foulks, Doyle Foulks, Dale Foulks and Vicki Lawrence.

He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Hawkins (Pauly) of Pocahontas and Anita Willfond of Pocahontas; his brother Jim Foulks; and his grandchildren, Jessica Modlin (Brandon), Andrew Willfond and Cody Willfond. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
