He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Foulks and Novella Fluke; his wife Bobbie Chastain; and his siblings, Whitey Foulks, Mary Grissom, John Fluke, Edd Foulks, Doyle Foulks, Dale Foulks and Vicki Lawrence.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Hawkins (Pauly) of Pocahontas and Anita Willfond of Pocahontas; his brother Jim Foulks; and his grandchildren, Jessica Modlin (Brandon), Andrew Willfond and Cody Willfond. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel (2129 N Park St, Pocahontas, AR 72455). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
