He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Mullins and Mary Wilcox. He is survived by: his children, Dannie Mullins (Cecilia) and Bonnie Ruszler (Mike); his grandsons, Sam Mullins, Jonathan Ruszler and David Ruszler; and his brother Andrew Mullins. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
