Elvena English Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvena English of Pocahontas, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Stogsdill and Bertha Stogsdill; her husband Ernest Cowan English; her son Keith English; and her brothers, W. J., James (Bud), T. C., Tom Stogsdill and Yorkie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Jones (Mike) of Pocahontas and Karen Johnson (Steve) of Mountain Home; her stepdaughter Susan Suggs (Jack) of Chesterfield, MO.; her grandchildren, Jenny Brooks (Keith), Wendy Jones, Haley Coates (Jackson) and Brody Hausmann (Jordan); her stepgrandsons, Dave Suggs (Kate), Jay Suggs and Michael Johnson (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Hannah, Ethan, Luke Brooks and Sawyer Coates; her stepgrandchildren, David, Sienna, Abel, Riles, Treston and Barrett; her sister Carmeta Bagwell of Imboden; and her sister-in-law Erma Stogsdill of Jefferson City, MO.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
