He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cook Sr. and Hattie Belle Crisp Cook; his son Aaron Reed Cook; and his brothers, Claude Cook Jr. and Gary Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Weeks Cook; his children, Ashley Baker (Shane), Lacey Cook and Cody Cook; his grandchildren, Parker Cook, Madison Huckabee, Rossi Robinson and Case Robinson; his siblings, Diane Mauldin and Ron Cook; and his nephew John Cook. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
