He was predeceased by: his grandfather Terry Puckett. He is survived by: his parents, Terri Puckett and Devin Ledesma of Pocahontas; his siblings, Sylus Born, Zepplin Born and Charlie Ledesma; and his grandparents, Amanda Roberts, Natalie Wilburn, Scott Wilburn and Domingo Ledesma. He is also survived by several great grandparents, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
