He is survived by: his children, David Hibbard (Marcia) of Pocahontas, Dailey Hibbard of Pocahontas, Delbert Ray Hibbard of Pocahontas, Danny Joe Hibbard (Kelly) of Walnut Ridge, Douglas Allen Hibbard (Glenda) of Jonesboro, Deborah Cooper (Larry) of Pocahontas and Divina Parsons of Pocahontas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
