He is survived by: his parents, Chase Spradlin and Claudia Spradlin; his grandparents, David Hulme of Gallatin, TN, Toby and Christi Spradlin of Pocahontas; his great-grandparents, Jim, Claudia Wiser of Manchester, TN, Terry, Gaye Spradlin of Walnut Ridge, Steve and Judy Trail of Walnut Ridge; his great-great-grandparent Glenna Crossen of Pocahontas; his aunt Hannah Hulme of Gallatin, TN; and his uncles, Nathaniel, Jake Hulme of Gallatin, TN, Chandler and Cooper Spradlin of Pocahontas.
