It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cona Jean Doan (Pocahontas, Arkansas), who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Dean and Eva Dean; her daughters, Vicki Lynn Saylors and Star Ann Saylors; and her sister-in-law Fredia Finch.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Tanner Doan; her children, Melody Luttrell (John) of Pocahontas and Shawn Doan (Stacey) of Pocahontas; her grandchildren, Payton and Gracie Doan; her brother Larry Joe Dean (Linda) of Viola; her nieces, Celena Rorex (DeeGee) of Pocahontas and Ginger Tillman (Chris) of Black Rock; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jonathon Rorex (Jessica Davis), Jordan Rorex (Marshall Thompson) and Makenzie Britton (Alex Jones); and also Tatum Laike Britton.
She was of the Baptist faith and instilled a strong Christian foundation in her family.
