It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Howell of Pocahontas, Arkansas, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Palmer and Bernice Lockhart Palmer; and her brothers, Paul Edward Palmer and Bill Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Ray Howell; her children, Jon Howell (Jill) of Mesa, Lloyd Howell of Chandler, Arizona and Bernice Esther Brown (Mike) of Pocahontas, Arkansas; and her siblings, Jon Palmer of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, Harriet Willis of Denver and Rebecca Phelps of Herndon, Virginia.
Due to Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is required to be signed, and social distancing will be observed.
