He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Baltz and Anna Matczak Baltz; his daughter Monica; and his siblings, Ambrose Baltz, Jr., Paul Baltz, Rosemary Baltz, Dolores Baltz and Jane Baltz.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Steimel Baltz; his children, Jo Anna Brown of Dunwoody, GA, Bernard Baltz, Jr. (Eva) of Fayetteville, AR, Greg Baltz (Mary Nell) of Pocahontas, Thomas Baltz (Christine) of Pocahontas, Kristie Coats (John) of Fort Smith, AR, Laurie Eckart (John) of El Dorado, AR and Alex Baltz (Tiffany) of Pocahontas; and his sister Pauline Marsh (Desmond) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
