She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Luke and Johnnie Ethel Riddle Pickett; her husband Nolan F. Brown; her son Roger Dale Brown; and her sisters, Jannavee Brown, Wanda Lee Hibbard and Juanita Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Charles Brown (Mary) of Chicago, Michael Faye Brown (Sonja) of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Shelia Ann Way of Osceola, Janice Marie Verbic (Mark) of Cape Coral and Lisa Brown Ellis (Bill) of Pocahontas, Arkansas; and her daughter-in-law Tiasha Brown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
