Alice Dorothy Jansen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Dorothy Jansen of Pocahontas, Arkansas, who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartholomew Baltz and Rosa Weisenbach Baltz; her husband Andrew J. Jansen Jr.; and her siblings, Catherine Barre, Helen Hunter, Frances Steimel, James, Tom, Curtis, Fintan, Robert, Raymond and Lucian Baltz.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Andrew Jansen, III (Becky) of Pocahontas, Jane Munro (Jim) of South Dartmouth, MA., Sarah Counts (Ronnie) of Pocahontas and Rosemary Power (Mike) of Bentonville, AR.; her brother Max Baltz (Margie); her friends, Current River and Bucksnort; and her grandsons, Dr. Stephen Jansen, Dr. Philip Jansen, Dr. Brian Jansen, Garrett Counts, Robert Counts, Stuart Power and David Power. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
