He was predeceased by: his mother Rosie Hiser; and his sister Donna Kay Mozingo Howard. He is survived by: his father William Sherman Mozingo (Larae); his wife Mary Ann Jahr Mozingo; his children, Kristen Mozingo, Kirby Hayberg (Randy), Sarah McAlister (Chris), Holly Thrift (Vince), Kelly Mozingo and Jeremy Ayers (Melissa); and his uncle Charles Mozingo (Wanda). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
