He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murphy Dunlap and Anna Naomi Mallett Dunlap; his daughter Annetta Jean Dunlap; his granddaughter Kelli Dunlap; and his siblings, Oma Floy Dunlap, Meb Stanton, Willie Kellar, Pat Dunlap, Lloyd Dunlap and Faber Dunlap.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry (Carrolyn Dunlap) of Springfield, David (Jo Ellen Dunlap) of Oppelo, Charles (Sandra Dunlap) of Hill Creek, Randy (Mary Dunlap) of Hill Creek, Judy (Kevin Hoggard) of Roland and Sheila (Scott Trafford) of Conway. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
