He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Black, Sr. and Leah McGregor Black. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Black (Christi) and Peter Black (Eve); and his grandchildren, Spencer Black, Sara Black, Kristen Cook, Kenny Cook and Mary Sanford. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
