He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Daniel Eoff and Hettie Gordon Eoff; his siblings, Hoover Eoff, Lorene Eoff Lee, Betty Jo Eoff Bishop, Fred Eoff, Pearl Eoff Stane, Pat Eoff, James Eoff, Carolyn Eoff and Mike Eoff; his nephew Eddy Moore; and his niece Teresa Eoff Evans.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Carolyn Lee Black (Lonnie) of Mississippi, Debbie Stane Taylor (Randal) of Arkansas, Diann Moore Kuettle (Allen) of Arkansas, Sharon Eoff Wilson (James) of Arkansas, Gary Eoff (Angie) of Arkansas, Martha Bishop Nemec of North Carolina, Steve Eoff (Mandy) of Arkansas, Tracy Eoff Harris (Jeff) of Arkansas, Stacy Eoff (Holly) of Arkansas, Garrett Eoff (Carrie) of Arkansas and Danny Eoff (Laura Mae) of Arkansas; his siblings-in-law, Becky Eoff, Melba Eoff, Sherry Eoff and Joe Stane of Arkansas; and his cousin Beverly Brown of Arkansas.
